a new, more flexible psychotherapy
Music therapy for creatives to tune into their true self
healing with grace
=
healing with self-acceptance
I’m here to be a gentle, guiding and curious presence in the process of you gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, your challenges and your strengths.
Music encourages you to be with yourself in the moment because the sound you make/hear only exists purely in the moment that you are in.
I provide music therapy as a non-verbal space for self-acceptance which is fundamental to a healing journey. Without self-acceptance, there is no integration and without integration only action, which will lead to the cycle of ‘healing burn-out’ - looking for the next thing to help rather than accepting ourselves where we are right now.
Music therapy holds a space for
— play — reflection — slow integration —
and rest.
Hello! I’m Grace, a London-based music psychotherapist who helps young creatives develop self-acceptance, to feel grounded and confident in who they are, what they want and how to get there.
I work in the music industry and in mental health care so I understand the careful balancing act of staying true to yourself whilst trying to level up, for both myself and my clients.
I’m here to help you navigate and uncover solutions for your career, mindset, creative blocks, motivation, resentment, avoidance, perfectionism, anxiety, imposter syndrome, hopes and fears.
This process with me revolves around our therapeutic relationship and uses music as a non-judgemental element in the mix to tune into your true self.
Helping you to find balance in who you are and who you know you’re meant to be.
Hello, I’m Grace - a musician, creative producer and music psychotherapist

how can music therapy
help you?
Using sound in a therapy session allows your mind to wander to places that could otherwise be restricted by words. Sessions can be made up of mainly music or speaking, or a mixture of both, depending on what suits you.
